BUSI 111 Business Statistics - Final Exam for Fall 2025
Date/Time: Mon, Dec 8, 2024, 2 hours between 06:00AM and 11:59PM
Type: Open book and open note exam, take-home, “ONLINE on Canvas” 
          (Once you start your exam on canvas, you need to finish it in one setting. You can’t save it. If you experience any technical issues during the exam, please email me to reset it.)
Due Date: Monday, Dec 8, 2025, 11:59PM

Format: Part I. 25 Multiple Choice Questions (25 Q's x 2 pts = 50 pts)
              Part II. 5 Problem Solving Questions (5 Q’s x 10 pts = 50 pts)
Coverage: Week#9 - Week#15
Module 6. Standard Normal Distribution
Module 7. Sampling Distributions
Module 8. Confidence Interval Estimation
Module 9. Hypothesis Testing (t-Test)

Makeup Exam Policy: If you can NOT make it to the exam due to a reasonable excuse (family affair, medical issue, work-related issue, travel, etc.), please email me to arrange a makeup exam in advance.

Additional Instructions:

The exam is DUE ON Monday. Dec 8, 2025 at 11:59PM. For submission, you can email me with attachments or upload your documents in Canvas. (Please do not use *.pages but use *.doc(x), *.pdf, *.jpg, *.png)

You have 120 minutes to take Part I - multiple choice questions of the exam. You have TWO opportunities to take Part I. multiple choice questions. The highest score will be recorded.

For the second part - Part II Problem Solving Questions, you can access multiple times. It's a take-home exam. Please show all your work. For submission, you can upload your documents here on Canvas, email the instructor, or upload your exam papers including scratch papers you worked on Canvas by the end of Dec 8, 2025.
