According to experts, driver safety in frontal crashes received five out of five stars. The passenger was in four out of five. All other ratings were labeled "good." As regards reliability, the truck performed well across the board.

2020 Ram 1500

For 2020, the Ram 1500 had many trim options available. It received three out of five for reliability and four out of five for owner satisfaction. According to experts, driver safety in frontal crashes received five out of five stars.  The passenger was in four out of five, similar to 2019. Some critics gave it excellent transmission and acceleration scores, but it failed to impress with fuel economy.
